Design
Details:

Production
Details:
• 2-4yrs of experience on Fabrication and Welding processes
• Support Fabrication and welding process planning SOE/OMS creation based on logical sequencing.
• Create Line layouts, ergonomics and will be responsible for CI activities
• To read industrial drawings and understand the various dimensions / features involved to fabricate the products & assemblies
• Create new or optimal sequence of part manufacturing based on inputs received
• Continuously review the existing process plans and drive process improvements
• Sheet Metal Cutting Process Knowledge & Experience, Laser Nesting & Programming experience, Press Brake Bending Programming and experience.
Stores
Details:
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring safety of staff.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

Accounts
Details:
• Overall responsible for Monthly/quarterly and yearly closure of Books of accounts within the scheduled time.• Monthly MIS to banks, financial institutions, Land owners etc
• Variance analysis of balance sheet and P&L accounts GL’s
• Finalization of Annual Account as per IND AS
• Responsible for cash clearing, month end accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries within the corporate accounting function.
• Review inter-company cash and settlement entries, clear open items for cash and inter-company accounts • Handling internal and statutory auditors.
• Ensuring proper record keeping and documentation for all the transactions • Accounting and control of capital expenditure
• Supervision of Accounts payable
• Supervision of Banking activities
• Timely updation of Business Plans of the projects
• Fixed assets accounting.
• Excellent communication

Quality
Details:
• First Job and in-process Inspection for fabrication department, take required action on part. If part OK then proceed to further production. If found NOT OK then analyze the problem and correct them also infirm to Quality Manager , Make entry in register for Reject / Rework.• Final Inspection for fabrication department. Report to the quality head.

• Monitor Hydro test Book and Rejection Book for fabrication department.
• Inspection of job on Drilling Machine.
• Inspection of lathe machine job.
